+	What is the Global Standard Bank Settlement Program?
	The GSB Settlement Program (GSBSP) is designed to easily and quickly compensate eligible U.S. and Canadian customers of GSB who are residents of the settling jurisdictions. Eligible individuals can submit an electronic claim form with supporting documentation, and receive a digital currency payment from GSB to fully settle and resolve their claim. Payments from this program are based on an objective framework that uses information about the customer’s transactions and outstanding balance to calculate an offer. Claimants may accept the offer in exchange for a release of all their claims or reject the offer.

+	How much will I get?
	The goal is for eligible GSB customers to receive compensation based on the difference between total deposits and total withdrawals, plus any outstanding balance in their GSB digital wallet as of November 16, 2023. The value of the deposits and withdrawals is based on the original transaction date.

+	How quickly will I get paid?
	The Claims submission process will begin in the coming weeks and will last for 90 days. Eligible GSB customers who have successfully submitted a verified claim will be offered a payout, and, if the GSB customer accepts, GSB’s goal is to pay out their offer during or shortly after the Claims submission process.

+	How do I submit a GSBSP claim? What is the GSBSP website?
	Eligible customers must submit their claims via the Claims Portal. The Claims Portal will be available soon. Check this website in a few weeks for the link to the Claims Portal. You must first register on the GSBSP website, then you may complete and submit your claim and supporting documentation.

Who is eligible?

All GSB customers who are residents of the settling jurisdictions. As of today, the settling jurisdictions are: Alabama Alaska Arkansas Arizona California Colorado Connecticut Delaware District of Columbia Georgia Hawaii Idaho Illinois Indiana Iowa Kansas Kentucky Maine Minnesota Mississippi Montana Nebraska Nevada New Hampshire New Jersey Oklahoma Oregon Pennsylvania South Carolina South Dakota Tennessee Utah Vermont Washington State West Virginia Wisconsin Alberta (Canada) British Columbia (Canada) Manitoba (Canada) New Brunswick (Canada) Nova Scotia (Canada) Ontario (Canada) Prince Edward Island (Canada) Quebec (Canada) Saskatchewan (Canada) Other jurisdictions may join the settlement at any time.

+	What if I do not have my wallet address or transaction IDs?
	GSB and the Claims Administrator will endeavor to make a fair and reasonable offer of settlement based on the documentation provided. It is important that every GSB customer provide transaction details, amounts, or other verifying information to the best of your ability.

+	Is GSBSP legitimate?
	Yes. The GSBSP program is part of a settlement process with U.S. state securities regulators and is overseen by an independent claims administrator, AlixPartners.
